  • Do I need a reservation?
    Walk-ins are always welcome, but to guarantee a table (especially on busy weekends and holidays), we recommend making a reservation for parties over 5 people. We fill up fast, and we’d hate for you to miss out! Call us before heading in, and we’ll save a spot for you. Heads up: voicemails, emails, and messages don’t count unless we confirm with you.
  • When can I come in?
    Check out our hours on the main page! Just remember, we seat painters up to 2 hours before closing so you have plenty of time to unleash your creativity. We do not seat after 6pm.
  • Do I need to keep my receipt?
    Yes! Your receipt is your official pickup slip with the pickup date, and a photo of your piece helps us locate it. No receipt or photo = no pottery. Pro tip: snap a pic of your receipt just in case! If someone else is picking it up, make sure they have both the receipt and a photo of the pieces.
  • How much does it cost to paint pottery and make candles?
    It depends on the piece you choose—our pottery ranges from $10 to $80. The best part? There are no extra charges for paints, supplies, or studio time (if you finish the same day). We’ have over 100 pieces to fit every style and budget! Candles range $18 and up and can be customized with over 30 fragrances. The possibilities are endless!
  • What if I’m not an artist?
    Everyone’s an artist at MADE! Bring an idea, and we’ll help make it a reality. Or, let our samples and design ideas inspire you. We’ve got tracing designs, stencils, and creative hacks to make your masterpiece shine. Need help? Our staff is here for you!
  • Is the pottery safe to eat off of?
    Absolutely! All of our pottery is 100% lead-free, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-friendly. Bon appétit! 🍽️
  • What if I get paint on my clothes?
    No stress—our paint washes right out with water. Crafting is fun, not messy (well, most of the time)!
  • Can I have a party at MADE?
    Yes! Whether it’s a kids’ birthday, office bash, girls’ night, or bridal shower, we’ve got you covered. Parties get a 2-hour window to celebrate. Kids’ parties (6+ painters) and adult parties (10+ painters) even come with special packages! Pre-order snacks, drinks, and ice cream for extra fun. Call us to reserve your spot. Note: Deposits are required.
  • Why do I need to pay a deposit?
    Deposits are required to reserve your space (for parties over 6 people) and apply toward your party total. They’re nonrefundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, have fewer guests than reserved, or don’t show up. Life happens—call us if there’s an emergency!
  • How long before I can pick up my pottery?
    Your masterpiece will be ready within 14 days. We’ll give you a pickup slip with the date at checkout. Can’t make it on time? No problem—we hold items for up to 30 days.
  • What if I don’t finish my project?
    No worries! You can either: 1. Take your piece home and bring it back later to finish. 2. Leave it with us as a “Work in Progress” and return within 14 days to complete it. Easy peasy!
  • Do you ship finished pieces?
    Unfortunately, no—not at this time.
  • How long does painting take?
    It depends on your design! Most projects take about 2 hours, but detailed ones might need more time. On busy weekends and holidays, sessions are limited to 2 hours. If you don’t finish, no problem—just leave your piece with us as a Work in Progress and come back Monday–Thursday when it’s quieter.
  • How do you store, use, and share my personal information?
    We use the Wix.com platform to run our website and securely store your information. Your data may be stored in Wix’s databases and applications, which are protected by secure servers and firewalls. If you make a purchase, payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways to ensure your credit card details are handled safely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
