Choose 12 flavors from our display case, or ask us to surprise you with our picks. We scoop smaller portions; than our regular scoop size, onto a ceramic egg carton. Take your time working through them. Compare notes with friends. By the end, you'll know exactly which flavors deserve a full scoop on your next visit.

If you've never been to The LOCAL Place, the flight is the best introduction. You'll sample a wide range of our homemade flavors in one sitting. If you're a regular who loves variety, the flight lets you try new rotating flavors without risking a full scoop on something untested. Either way, it turns ice cream into an experience rather than just a snack.
Choose from 18 Fresh Flavors
We strive keep 18 flavors in the case at any time, so the flight gives you a chance to try most of them. Can't fit all 18? No problem. Pick your top 12, or ask our staff to curate a selection that shows off the best of what's currently available. We'll make sure you get a good mix of classics and new creations.
Great for Sharing or Solo Adventure
The flight is sized for sharing. Couples often split one and compare favorites. Families pass the scoops around so everyone gets a taste. But plenty of solo adventurers tackle the whole thing themselves. Twelve small scoops adds up to a generous experience, however you divide it.
Our Most Popular Tasting Experience
We created the Ice Cream Flight because customers kept wanting to try multiple flavors, and ordering six single scoops wasn't practical. The flight solved that problem and became one of our most popular orders. The LOCAL Place is located at 111 S Public Square in downtown Centerville, TN 37033. Open Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm. Closed Sunday. Come in and experience 12 flavors of homemade ice cream. You'll leave knowing exactly which ones are your favorites.
