Guest-Brought Wine Policy
BYOB Policy
The LOCAL Place / MADE @ The Local
Guests may bring their own sealed bottle of wine to enjoy during our Italian dinners and select MADE @ The Local studio events.
Because we are not a liquor-by-the-drink establishment, we do not charge a corkage, setup, bottle, or service fee related to guest-brought alcohol.
Our staff may provide:
- • Wine glasses
- • Corkscrew or wine key
- • Bottle opener
Our staff may not:
- • Open bottles
- • Uncork wine
- • Pour alcohol
- • Serve alcohol
- • Chill or store guest alcohol
- • Handle guest bottles
- • Mix drinks
- • Transfer alcohol into another container
- • Use decanters for guest alcohol
Guests are responsible for opening and pouring their own wine.
Wine only, please. No liquor, spirits, mixed drinks, open containers, homemade alcohol, outside cups, tumblers, jars, or unmarked containers.
BYOB is offered only where permitted by local rules and may be refused at management’s discretion. Management may refuse BYOB or ask a guest to stop drinking if there is any safety, compliance, or intoxication concern.
