When you make a booking we collect:

• name, email address, and phone number
• booking details including date, time, party size, and experience type
• payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details
• optional marketing preferences and special requests

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• confirm and manage your reservation
• send booking confirmation emails via Resend
• process payments and refunds through Stripe
• communicate about changes to your reservation
• send marketing updates if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time

Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you enter payment information it goes directly to Stripe's secure servers. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Push Notifications

If you use the MADE Bookings iOS app, we may send push notifications about your bookings. You can disable these in your device settings at any time.

Data Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your information with third parties except as needed to process your booking and payment, or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain booking records for business and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us at thelocalplace.tn@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about data we collect, request access to or deletion of your data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children's Privacy

Our website and app are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it promptly.
