Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of The LOCAL Place booking application operated by The LOCAL Place LLC. By using our app to make reservations, you agree to these terms.

Services

The app provides online booking and payment processing for:

• MADE @ The Local: paint-your-own pottery parties and candle making workshops
• Italian Dinner Experience: multi-course dinner reservations at The LOCAL Place

Reservations and Deposits

Reservations require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit amounts vary by experience. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details. For the Italian Dinner Experience, your $25 deposit per person is applied toward your dinner bill on the night of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

MADE @ The Local (Pottery & Candle Parties): 48 or more hours before: full refund. 24 to 48 hours before: studio credit issued. Less than 24 hours: no refund. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

Italian Dinner Experience: 72 or more hours before: full refund. 24 to 72 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. Stripe's privacy policy and terms apply to payment processing and are available at stripe.com/privacy.

Seat Holds

When you reach the payment step, your selected time slot is held for 10 minutes. If payment is not completed within that time, the hold is released and the slot returns to availability. You'll need to restart the booking process to select a new time.

Modifications

To reschedule or modify your reservation, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your reservation.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with The LOCAL Place and the app remain our exclusive property.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hickman County, Tennessee.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
