How Our Ice Cream Is Made
Every batch starts with sourcing quality ingredients. Real fruits, real chocolate, real vanilla — no artificial flavoring shortcuts. She makes each batch at our Highway 100 production facility using small-batch techniques. The equipment is larger than home ice cream makers, but the process and attention to quality is the same as making it in your own kitchen.
That's why the texture is smooth, the flavors are intense, and each scoop tastes like someone actually cared about making it. Because someone did. Concetta hand-makes bubble gum pieces from scratch before even starting the ice cream base — every bit of detail goes into our ice cream. No shortcuts, no artificial ingredients, just genuine small-batch craftsmanship that you can taste in every scoop.
Concetta hand-making bubble gum from scratch for our Bubble Gum ice cream
This is what sets us apart from chain ice cream shops and grocery store pints. When you taste our Banana Pudding or our Loaded Sweet Potato, you're tasting a recipe that was developed, tested, and refined by someone who genuinely loves ice cream. Real ingredients. Real process. Real flavor.
And Concetta never stops. She's always developing new flavors — some inspired by seasonal ingredients, some by customer requests, some that just appear one morning because she had an idea. The 50+ flavors on this list represent everything she's made, but the case is always evolving. Call (931) 729-3481 to find out what's fresh today.

Death By Chocolate
Triple chocolate — dark chocolate base, fudge swirl, chocolate chips. For the person who thinks regular chocolate ice cream isn't chocolate enough.
Dubai Chocolate
Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate trend — pistachio, knafeh, and chocolate in ice cream form. Rich, exotic, and completely worth the hype.

Banana foster flavors — banana, caramel, brown sugar, and a hint of rum essence. Rich, tropical, and surprisingly sophisticated for its name.
Butterscotch Swirl
Deep, buttery butterscotch ribboned through smooth vanilla cream. Tastes like the pudding from scratch, not from a box. Warm, nostalgic, excellent.
Brown Sugar Bourbon
Brown sugar base with whiskey-kissed caramel and a hint of oak. Tennessee-proud and grown-up. The flavors of a backporch evening condensed.
Caramel Macchiato
For the coffee shop regular — espresso-forward with swirls of vanilla and caramel on top. Exactly like the drink, but you eat it with a spoon.
Speakeasy
Our nod to Prohibition-era cocktail culture — subtle bourbon vanilla with a hint of cherry. Sophisticated, a little dangerous, completely delicious.

Yes, really. Fresh strawberry ice cream with aged balsamic vinegar swirled through — tangy, complex, and the flavor combination Italian grandmothers have known for centuries.

The Mystery Flavor
One spot in our display case is always unlabeled. The mystery flavor changes without warning — sometimes daily. It might be a new creation we're testing for the first time. It might be a returning favorite that customers have been asking about. It might be something completely wild that Concetta cooked up that morning.
The only way to know is to ask our staff for a hint, or just be brave and try it blind. Mystery flavor fans treat it like a game, coming in specifically to guess what's hiding in the unlabeled container. Some regulars make it their mission to be the first to identify each new mystery flavor. What will it be when you visit?

What's in the mystery flavor?
That would ruin the mystery! It changes without warning and we don't label it on purpose. Sometimes our staff will give you hints. Sometimes you just have to taste it and guess. That's part of the fun.
Do you have any nut-free flavors?
Several of our flavors are made without nuts, but we do handle nuts in our production kitchen. If you have severe allergies, please ask our staff about current options and our kitchen practices before ordering.
Do you have dairy-free options?
Dairy-free and reduced sugar pints are available in our retail freezer. These are pre-packaged pints only — not available as scoops. Flavors vary; ask our staff what's currently in the freezer.
Can I buy pints to take home?
Yes! Two options: ask our staff to scoop any of the 18 display case flavors fresh into a pint, or grab a pre-packaged pint from our retail freezer — including additional flavors not always in the case. Dairy-free and reduced sugar pints also available in the retail freezer. Flavors vary.
