Biscuits & Gravy
Saturday only, starting at 9am. Homemade biscuits made from scratch that morning, smothered in rich sausage gravy. First-come, first-served — once we run out, we're out until next Saturday. Regulars arrive early. This is a Centerville tradition.

We open at 6am Monday–Friday and 9am on Saturday. Belgian waffles are served all day — no breakfast cutoff.
