This guide gives you a closer look at what you may choose during The LOCAL Italian Experience, including which items are available Friday, Saturday, or both evenings. If you have not had a traditional Italian dinner before, this page explains what will be on your plate and how the options work.
Fountain drinks and iced tea are included. Tax and gratuity not included.
How the meal works
During dinner, each guest chooses one antipasto, one pasta tasting, one secondi tasting, and one contorno. The table also shares House Italian Flatbread and salad, then finishes with included lemon sorbet. Specialty flatbread enhancements and specialty dolce add-ons may also be available.

A Little Bit of Everything
A charcuterie-style selection of cured meat, imported and domestic cheese, assorted fruits, nuts, and savory spread.
Course Guide
House Italian Flatbread is included for the table. Guests may either substitute the included flatbread for one of our specialty flatbreads or add an additional specialty flatbread for the table.
A thin, rectangular Italian-style flatbread, lightly baked and finished with extra-virgin olive oil and our house seasoning. This is closer to the quick flatbreads Italian families might keep on hand for an easy midday meal or flatbread-style pizza — not a thick, bread-heavy focaccia.
Replace the included House Italian Flatbread with one specialty flatbread.
Add an extra specialty flatbread to the table in addition to the included House Italian Flatbread.
Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil
House tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and olive oil.
Hot Soppressata
Fresh and aged mozzarella, hot soppressata, roasted red onion, Calabrian chili flakes, Romano, and hot honey.
Roasted Vegetable
House tomato sauce, mozzarella, seasonal roasted vegetables, garlic, thyme, and extra-virgin olive oil.
Mixed Mushroom
Cream sauce, truffle oil, fresh mushrooms, roasted garlic, thyme, Parmesan, and Romano.
Course Guide
Each guest selects one pasta tasting. Friday and Saturday selections vary.
Truffle Linguine
Thin fresh linguine tossed in a rich cream sauce with garlic, Parmesan, truffle essence, and seasonal mushrooms.
Spaghetti with Marinara
Spaghetti served with a bright classic marinara. This is our vegan-friendly pasta option.
Ridged Penne Pasta
Penne served with your choice of hearty beef ragù or classic marinara. Vegan available with marinara.
Fresh Lemon & Ricotta Ravioli
Fresh lemon and ricotta ravioli served with smoked salmon in a creamy lemon sauce, finished with bright lemon zest.
Classic Roman-Style Pasta
Pasta tossed with egg, Romano cheese, cracked black pepper, and crisp pancetta for a rich, savory classic.

Served for the table after the pasta course as a light reset before the main. Available Friday and Saturday.
Shared Mixed Greens Salad
Sweet and savory greens, fresh herbs, and shaved vegetables tossed with our house-made tangy red wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil dressing.

Slow-Baked Italian Meatballs
A traditional Italian meatball blend, slow-baked in a rich red sauce.
Hunter’s Chicken
Chicken braised with tomatoes, peppers, onions, and herbs.
Slow-Braised Beef Shank
Beef shank slow-braised until tender in a rich, well-seasoned tomato sauce.

Creamy Polenta
Warm, creamy polenta.
Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
In-season vegetables roasted with shallots, garlic, thyme, and olive oil.
Braised Cabbage
Cabbage slowly braised in olive oil with garlic, black pepper, and seasoning.
Course Guide
Lemon Sorbet is included with every dinner as a light, refreshing finish. Specialty Dolce Add-Ons are available for guests who would like something more indulgent.

A refreshing scoop of lemon sorbet to cleanse the palate.
Chocolate Amaretto, Dark Cherry & Pistachio
House-made spumoni ice cream layered with the traditional Italian flavors of chocolate amaretto, dark cherry, and pistachio. Contains nuts.
Italian Sweet Cream & Espresso
Homemade Italian sweet cream finished with two shots of our famous espresso.
Italian Waffle Cookies with Cannoli Filling
Delicate Italian waffle cookies served with sweetened ricotta cannoli filling.
